This vehicle needs to be ticketed and removed. No overnight parking exists in the park.

NPD has checked on this and this is private property owned by Madison Parks HOA so they will need to handle it. Thank you

Thanks to Newnan Pd for sending a patrol officer out. He indicated he would make contact with the individual who owns the car. The owner lives on Covington terrace in the highlands Hoa.
They are not authorized to tow the vehicle unless it was stolen or involved in another crime. FYI.
