City staff, please address this. These tent structures have been around for weeks, and there seems to be no movement on relocating people to shelters. The freeway off-ramps are simply not safe.

This still has not been addressed and the encampment has grown.

These encampments will not be dealt with for months or years. Try calling ur district leader, mayor Libby, make a complaint, have ur friends call. Oakland has ZERO SOLUTIONS

The encampment on the 24 offramp has not been removed and appears to have grown. I am going to escalate this with Caltrans and our councilman.
