I hadn't used my account in a long time, so I hope this this time around it is a better experience. Lets see how long it takes to see this light get get fixed, and considering the safety factors and concerns expressed to Chapin, I hope it does not take 7 days (business days?) to get repaired.

7 working days is our maximum time for the repair. We typically always get them repaired within a few days of the report or at the very least do our best to try. It all depends on the volume. The lights are repaired in the order in which they are received which keeps the repairs within the 7 day window.
