Description

East Hills Blvd. is a residential street with posted speed limit of 30 mph. During commuter hours (and occasionally other times), speeding and tailgating are prevalent from Watervliet-Shaker Rd. to Spring St. Rd.

East Hills Blvd. is also curvy in places, so speeding vehicles make it a hazard for residents entering the street.

Part of the problem is Siena students- as they are a problem on Spring Street Rd. as well.
