Description
As of 10:50 AM on 8/31/16 there is a woman (possible mental health issues) with a shopping cart throwing and smashing glass objects (bottles?) on the path that goes from the west end of the Lake Merritt channel pedestrian bridge to Peralta Park underneath Lake Merritt Blvd.
Request is for glass cleanup as well as someone who can possibly refer this lady to social services.
