Description
Extremely overgrown, large, heavy tree limbs of city on berm are overhanging too close to 16831 Winston. The large, heavy limbs are too close to the front of 16831 Winston, arching downward due to the extreme weight and are about to break; risking damage to front portion of 16831 Winston. Within the last 2 months, other huge, heavy limbs have broken off the tree in front of 16831 Winston. Homeowner fears that his home will be damaged if city does not clear the huge dangerous limbs away from the front of his home. The limbs are about to break due to the extreme weight!
