This segment of 61st/Lowell is a terrible dumping hot zone. There has been such a problem with tires being dumped, that a sting operation is in order. It seems that some local tire company must be dumping them, given the volume of tires. Adjacent streets are now being treated as a free dump, and is rarely clear of debris. Please monitor the area.
