Description

The whole project between Dairy Ashford and Kirkwood on Memorial is a safety hazard. No white edge line, no yellow center lines, fall off to deep ditches, big safety issues an night/no temp reflectors. Dangerous. Open debris. As a civil engineer this is a disorganized mess.
