Description

The bins have been on the curb since Wednesday. This is part of an ongoing *dire* situation with our trash bins. The recycling rarely gets picked up, the normal waste bins are overflowing two days after pickup, and scavenged by animals during the night. We have patiently documented this during the summer, and dutifully remarked to the property managers to no avail.
