Refer to SCF archived Issue ID: 1871790. It's been over a year since you reported this to FDOT, and it's still not fixed.
The cement road bed at the left most Sunpass lane (westbound, Pinellas Bayway Toll Plaza) has sunk down, causing a depression in the roadway. This is causing a jolt to a car's suspension as you pass through the toll system. Kindly resubmit it to them, and don't archive this issue until you receive positive confirmation from FDOT that they have fixed the roadway depression.
