Description

Been an issue for about 4 years now, street needs to be repaved. Potholes are very deep and fill the road. All of Chelsea Road to The end of Hillcrest needs repaved and not just filled with a patch. The patches wash out after every rain storm and don't stand a chance in the winter when we're getting snow. If we're all about RENEWing Newark, how about we fix the surrounding neighborhoods and streets before dumping thousands of dollars into pointless other things.
