How can this issue be closed. The same graffiti is still up. This makes me think that the city or maintenance department is in cahoots with local gangs and what this graffiti blithe to stay up.

As stated above, we “close” an issue in SeeClickFix once we've acknowledged the complaint; however, this issue is not "Closed" per se; it will remain an "Open" case with us until it is corrected. The property owner has contacted us requesting assistance to remove the graffiti via the "Vallejo--Free of Graffiti (V-FOG)" program; their request is currently being processed and V-FOG personnel will be dispatched to address the graffiti.
