Eagle disposal broke my trash tote & by the end of this week we will have broken trash bags & trash floating loosely all over Palmer Ave.

What do you mean by on top of thr toter ? That is last weeks trash & what is growing from thursday on. So you have 2 holiday weeks worth of trash not to mention christmas extra trash . It should definetley not have been shipped just because. As far as my tote . It was slammed on the back edge of the trash truck on the coldest week that made the plastic/ rubber briddle that it blew out the sides of my tote. Now who is responsible for replacung it ? Not me cause i didn't brake it. I just got done washing & scubbing the inside clean 2 weejs before they broke it.
