Description

The basketball court on the 2300 block of E Albert Street remains unlocked 24 hrs a day. Teens are out there all hours of the night and into the early morning playing basketball, being excessively noisy and doing drugs. The court is full of trash and is an eyesore. Multiple noise complaints have been called in to 911 and the police never come.
