Description
Our section of Westbury has power outages often. The power has been out for 56 homes for 6 hours. It is only barely raining. This happens to just prior to bad weather being forecasted. The power goes our before any real weather. I am requesting a study into why this keeps happening. The problem has persisted for 20+ years, it is never fixed, but rather patched each time. Please find a solution.

Assuming you've called Centerpoint. Maybe the city will offer to help you but you should consider filling a complaint against Centerpoint with the public utility commission in Austin. Here a link to get you started. The city has no real authority over power reliability.
