Thanks for reporting. I'm aware of 3 crashes and 2 broken collar bones at that spot with our cycle group alone.

I saw two cyclists go down here. The hazzard's position at the bottom of the descent increases the danger and the severity of the injuries. One of the crashes I saw resulted in a broken hip.
A cyclist was killed here some months ago. I read that he hit some debris fallen from a tree after an overnight storm. It may be that the debris camouflaged the uneven pavement which is very dangerous in any case.

So 4 months later someone is closing this to get it out of their to do list and indicating no issue. However, that area was worked on over the last 4 months by someone to try to improve. The area is still a potential nightmare to a cyclist who is not prepared. So I find it interesting that the city now says no issue found but yet they worked on it???? That makes very little sense and certainly does not excuse the city of knowledge of this hazard the next time a cyclist goes down.
