Why would you live in such a high value area and be carless?

People have lived in this area for years, the young and old alike. The either grew up here or came because they can live in a nice neighborhood and raise their children. Sometimes things happen and u lose your vehicle. You have teens that want to work but can't because the have no transportation. This is a big issue that needs to be dealt with. On a second note, undesirables can get to any area whether there is public transportation or not, believe me I know. I used to manage the tax credit properties in the area for over 9 years. The residents of this area have pulled together to keep it a decent area. As long as I am a resident here I will continue to advocate for those who can't.

alot of teens need work during the summer. the problem is that budget cuts have left us understaffed. there are currently three workers to work the same jobs that 73 did just a few years ago. i watch newspapers, i read meetings and i also go to polling at local shopping areas. I am not a government plant. I am whatever you say I am, if I was not, why would I say I am.
