It is due to Homeless people breaking into the area to set up a homeless camp (A CRACKDOWN ON ALL HOMELESS PEOPLE IS NEEDED IN RALEIGH - ROUND THEM UP AND KICK THEM OUT OF RALEIGH !!!!!!!!!)
