Description

Late in the evening (after about 10:00 p.m.) the red arrow lights at Reo Road will not allow left turns from Abercorn onto Reo Road for either eastbound or westbound traffic, unless a vehicle comes to the intersection from Reo Road. Otherwise, the light never changes.
