Description
920 Park Street over grown grass front and back of house. Construction debris a little in front of house a lot in the back of property. Power lines to home not properly hooked up to home just capped off. It has been setting like this for 7 or 8 months owner is never around vacant. The house is for sale but no sign out front indicating it is for sale. I'm sure their are other code violation on the inside of the house.

Thank you for your request. A letter was sent to the property owner and responsible party. Forty-eight to seventy-two hours after the letter is mailed, a code enforcement inspector will visit to the property to see if the issue has been corrected. If it has not been corrected, the inspector will issue an order for another City department to take care of the issue, wherein the property owner is charged a fee.
The construction debris will be investigated by the vacant building inspector and handled accordingly; file 14-100093
