Description

Two issues at same location: Storm drain perpetually clogged with sand, gravel, run-off. Both drain and curb gutter needs to be cleared of limbs, twigs, debris. Also, metal plate covering the drain has been run over (by a truck??) and bent in the middle. Dangerous for walkers/runners.
