The entire length of Starke Rd in Carlstadt is a disgrace! Only when Starke become Grand St in Moonachie can you breathe easier. I have worked at 374 Starke Rd for nearly 2 years now and have seen 1 crew, 1 time "attempt" to patch potholes. "Lame" doesn't even describe the attempt. My suspician is that Starke Rd is not under the jurisdiction of Carlstadt - rather it is a private venue funded somehow by the develpers of that area. (Must be Xanadu or Encap people...)
