I am more than certain my neighbor has chickens and a rooster in his back yard. I'm am thinking I have seen a goat in the yard also!! I am tired of being woken up every morning hearing this rooster crowing. This animal cries at the crack of dawn and in the evening too! Even my dog is fed up with this noise intrusion.
