There are at least 3 vehicles connected to this operation all set up next to each other, including an rv trailer that is not connected to a vehicle and seemingly set up to stay for a while.
Deals being done day and night.
There are now three full time trailers parked on this block including a double wide trailer which sticks out into the street making it hard to back cars up
this is a caravan of RV's now that keeps moving between the railroad tracks and the pallets for sale. was walking my dog and had to deal with some "questioning" about what I was doing from someone frequenting the location. its getting weird over here.
They are selling drugs and bikes that have clearly been stolen. So that means there is a constant flow of people interested in buying stolen goods right outside where I live.
The Southern Pacific gate at the end of the street has had it's lock cut off. We should chain it or weld it shut. There is a new camp to the right on the other side of the fence.
This is APPALLING!!!! People live here... I can't believe no one has come to deal with this guy, he's conducting illegal activities on public property right in front of our homes. We don't want to look at this mess every time we walk out of our front doors. Sketchy druggies and other people are coming and going night and day, it's like night of the walking dead on my street.
I've seen cash exchanging hands obviously for drugs at night. Loud yelling at night. The other day someone had an aggressive dog off leash running up and down the street. People testing out stolen bikes making it hard to drive up and down the street..
So you don't think that this issue is being ignored ...
Per a recently opened 8/02/16 separate SCF issue#: 2757580 (Illegal Dumping) that reported the leakage of sewage from an RV, Oakland Public Works acknowledge that the Police Dept. was aware of the RVs parked on the street and was arranging for a biohazard clean up crew.

Will be calling city council members today and posting on community group to get others to do so as well. Can't believe these issues are left to sit. So so sad.

I filed a report with OPD, it usually takes them a few days to roll over for Parking Enforcement.
his customers are running across the street during rush hour traffic. It's pretty nuts.
