Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. There is a large congregation of people at Main and Blodgett, under the 59 overpass. This group of people are creating a large amount of litter, and are noticeably on some type of drug. This morning there was an individual that had wandered into traffic, and was mindlessly walking up to cars, impeding the traffic flow. Others in the group have made sexually harassing overtures towards walkers and business owners. This same group used to congregate at Main and Wheeler, but was apparently push two blocks south by the police. This congregation is getting closer to the Museum District neighborhood, and is threatening businesses along Main. Please address the underlying issue - please do not keep pushing this group closer to the homes and schools.
