Good luck. We have one on our street that expired in 2013. Now they have plates from a different car in the window (last 3 of vin dont match the plate on MN DMV site). 311 moderator refuses to accept the request... 311 is a joke.

Ha. They finally came and investigated mine. "well, maybe the license plates just isn't in the computer yet. " After 2 months of complaints we finally get an officer and no ticket. No tow. 311 is a joke. A very very 3 million dollar a year joke. Good luck!
