Description

Huge potholes in sidewalk leading down from Mack Park to Mason Street
On paved cut through adjacent to lower parking lot. This has previously been reported over 6 months ago and still not addressed.

Q. What material is the sidewalk in question? Asphalt, Concrete or Brick?.
A. Asphalt
Q. Please describe the issue of the problem with sidewalk.
A. Two huge potholes that now have weeds growing in them!
Q. Damage enough to be a hazard?
A. Yes the holes are over a foot wide
Q. Has anyone been injured?
A. I have stumbled into the holes once. I am sure others have as well
