Description

This intersection is 4 lanes wide. The right most lane is straight or right onto a jug handle. ALL THE TIME people use the shoulder as a fifth lane.

Just today, I had my right blinker on, but someone continued use the shoulder as a lane. The light just turned green, and I began to move. Thankfully no accident -- just a lot of car horns.

Right now, there is a bus stop but no lane designation. Maybe a police officer sounds scope this area to see it happening.
