Public works, clean the homeless out of the public sidewalks. Does the city of Oakland need a lawsuit to have laws enforced. If you start treating the homeless like the rest of us are treated and quit with the excuses maybe things would change. NO WHERE IS IT WRITTEN THAT BECAUSE ONE IS HOMELESS THEY GET TO DO AS THEY PLEASE. THIS IS INSANE. VETERANS COME FIRST

What is the Problem. This issue needs to be fixed ASAP. People with disabilities should not have to be forced into the street. The homeless are breaking the law and Oakland does not care.
