We live right beside this dead deer that we witnessed RPD and the animal control department drag 30 feet from our front door into the ditch beside our house after it was shot. It SHOULD have been picked up Friday and it SMELLS AWFUL and NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION!!! When I called Animal Control they said we had to wait until MONDAY!!!!!!!!!!

THE DEER IS STILL AT 5122 CHASTEAL TRAIL DUMPED RIGHT OFF THE ROAD TOWARD THE WOODS!!!!!!

A driver has to get out of his/her vehicle, walk to the edge of our yard and look down the ravine--you can't miss the smell or the ugly thing!!!!!!! We have tried several times to get animal control and sanitation on the phone and keep getting 'system down' messages!!!
