How come the issue is resolved? The water feature now is completely non-functional!

Instead of repairing the faucet, you guys removed it altogether, without any explanation! What should we make out of that?

To make sure we are on the same page, I attach the picture of the "fixed" water feature. The picture was taken on Oct 8, 2017.
