were these dangerous obstacles approved by the National Safety foundation for use where motorcycles ride?..these are also blocking and impeding the fire hydrant. Do we really want our firefighters tripping over these ill-thought-out bumps?..As a tax payer, I want to be assured these are approved for their use. who had that info?, who made this decision?..we deserve answers. REMOVE them.
