Description
Our street was recently paved. In the process the curb leading into our driveway was badly damaged. Now our cars hit/scrape the curb when we enter the driveway. Also, our basketball goal was moved by workers in order to pave. We were unaware that they had emptied the water out of the base that keeps it from tipping over. One night before work was completed it tipped over and landed on the rim so that now it is oval instead of round. We'd like the rim replaced please. The workers told us to contact the city. I don't see another way to contact the correct person about these issues. Thank you!

It is the City's policy to not rebuild ramps in stormwater structures due to their obstruction of water flow.
As for the basketball goal, after careful evaluation of your request, the City was determined to not be responsible for repairs to your goal. Paving notices were put on each mailbox allowing adequate time to move the goal, which was in City right-of-way, into your private property where it would not need to be removed by the paving crew.
