Description
the inside lane of Capital Blvd from the Peace Street exit to West Lane St has multiple potholes on the inside lane closes to the concrete barriers. They have gotten progressively worse with the recent heavy rain. In addition, there are large bumps in the pavement seams. Unable to take pictures because of heavy traffic all the time.
