There are a lot of people living in this little house with three work vans, a small car, a blue minivan, a regular pickup truck, a commercial pickup truck, a dump truck with tall wooden sideboards and a trailer with tall wooden sides. They make a lot of noise!
The white commercial pickup truck beeps when it is in reverse and is constantly in and out of the driveway – it is usually backed into the front yard up to the steps. I do not know if it is ½ ton or better but isn’t this a violation?
The huge commercial truck with tall wooden sideboards is probably a diesel and in violation of the zoning. It frequently has a load of trash in the back and is cranked up early in the morning (5:30-6:30 am). A lot of the time, they have to jump start it and then slam the heavy metal hood. They fling things into the back and it makes a lot of noise. They sometimes use a commercial generator to air up the tires. All of these things take place very early in the morning and it wakes up neighbors. They let the commercial vehicles idle, we have timed them and it can be anywhere from a few minutes to an hour. I don't know how they afford the gas and wouldn't care except for the fact that it is loud!
There is a large trailer with tall wooden sides that they are constantly in and out of the driveway with which creates all kinds of noise and sometimes it is parked on the street because there is no room around the house for it.
Please do anything you can do legally because this is just one huge noisy mess that is driving everyone crazy.
