Recycle was not picked up on Thursday July 7. Normal pick up is Wednesday but 4th of July slipped pick up a day. Called recycling hotline July 7, but they were closed. Left Message. Was called back Friday July 8 and promised I would be scheduled for service but no commitment for any specific day. As of Wednesday 7/13 still no pick up. Called recycling hotline 7/14 at 8 am, was told their records show truck came by at 3:20 pm Friday but there was no recycle can. It was and still is at the rear of 1129 Floyd AV, just off alley that runs parallel to Floyd between Main and Floyd that begins at Harrison and ends at N Morris. I was transferred to a supervisor, got his voice mail and still have not received a return call or a commitment to pick up my recycle.
