Description

The alley south of the 2900 block of Cary St and west of the 100 S. Colonial block contains several deep potholes. Residents have filled a few in with whatever they can find: bricks, garbage and such. These alleys are heavily used by the food supply trucks servicing Carytown. The bricks get strewn and there's a regular cloud of dirt. Wth rain, the water stays in the holes for days, which then becomes mosquito breeding ground.
