This is definitely an ankle breaker if someone is crossing Warner south to north or visa versa and/or crossing Gould est to west or visa versa. This is a heavy used pedestrian area and dangerous for pedestrians. Looks like a big heavy vehicle of some sort, took the corner, on the curb and broke it, cement curbing is all askew.
