The lid was ripped off last week and the rubber has been missing off the wheels for years

Q. Is it a City of Memphis Cart? If not, we don't repair.
A. Yes
Q. Is your cart picked up at the door/house?
A. Yes
Q. Do you have alley garbage collection? If so, the cart must be moved to the front curb for repair.

Q. What is specifically damaged on the Cart?
A. the entire top was ripped off last week and the rubber has been missing off the wheels for years.
