This residents has been in disrepair for years. Now the external sheeting on the house is rotten. The owner is attempting to cover up the rotten siding with vinyl siding but does not have a clue about how to correctly install or repair the structure.

Community Development’s Inspector has the owner of this property cited to Municipal Court for non-compliance of the City’s Minimum Housing Standards. It is at the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge for resolve with regards to this issue. This case has been continued until the 8th of August, 2016. Thank you for contacting us.
