Description

The photo in this posting was taken at 2:08pm. Street Sweeping hours are 12:30-3:30 pm every Thursday. Parking Enforcement was out at 12:30 and did ticket illegally parked cars. However as soon as they left the parkers returned and impeded the street sweeping process. Parking Enforcement needs to patrol at least once per hour. What they are doing now is not working.
