Stop signs are on Lincoln St. on USC campus; Devine St. is a thru street and there have been several accidents caused by people running the stop signs posted on Lincoln St. Dangerous for students parking and attending classes at USC and also for events being held in the Colonial Life Arena, Carolina Coliseum and the Koger Center
