Description

1322 South Ave. Tall grass, grape vines, in general neglected over growth. The garage is a safety issue, roof is caving in. House has a hole in the foundation where we have seen rats and opossum entering. Our dog has actually killed two opossums . The owner of this rental property has someone living in this house even though there are no active utilities on in the house.
