Q. Describe the Issue
A. Pavement is totally deteriorated directly behind our house. It is a mud hole. The alley has partially been abandoned by the city up to my garage. That is OK. But directly behind my driveway and my across the alley neighbors house needs to be cleaned of sand and gravel and crumbled blacktop and a new surface to be put down. The backyard neighbor is a group home for mentally retarded adults and big passenger vans and metro mobility vans come and go all the time making quite a mud hole. Please resurface.

Potholes Filled also low spots was filled with asphalt.
Any resurface of Alley must go to Street/Paving Dept Supervisor.
