Received Call For Service. Officers responded and advised the homeless individual to keep the unleashed pitbull on a leash. The subject refused and starting become verbally aggressive.
Officers departed the area and notified SFPD Non Emergency regarding the individual stealing power and unleashed pitbull. SFPD CAD 161 790 009 SFPD Dispatcher 243
