Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. This heavy trash was placed at the curb about a week ago. I submitted a report but the GPS gave a wrong address. This is a repeat offender and not only was the pile put out over two weeks before the next scheduled pick up, it continues to grow. This and other heavy trash piles place out early makes this neighborhood look like a trash dump. Perhaps we could rename it Trash Hill or Forest Dump instead of Forest Hill.
