per kr, can't access the street, low wires from the storm, VA Power needs to re-hang the power lines, they have been contacted

Why has this issue been closed? The bulk trash is still sitting on the side of the street. I understand that they cannot pass under the low hanging power lines, but this ticket should be kept open until the crews are able to pick these items up.

This request has been received and submitted to the City agencies for review and appropriate action.
