Description

The entire area smells of sewage at night time, usually after 9 pm.

It doesn't always smell of sewage but probably 4-5 nights out of the week it does.

The Albany County Sewer District is located in this area but it doesn't explain why the sewage smell disappears as soon as the sun comes up.
