This is disheartening. They are going to be my neighbors as well and i spoke to the new owner, the man is good people. Seeing your rant on here, clearly you are not concerned about people safety but rather attempting to cause a headache for people when they are clearly following the rules. The permit was posted a day before you made this comment Maria. The day they posted the permit the new owner knocked on my door, introduced himself and asked me what time we woke up and what time would be off limits for noise, My wife and I thought that was a nice gesture. Also, my wife and I are thrilled that someone is moving in next door because that house has become a hangout spots for thugs and drug users. The new owner is a son of Chelsea and i am proud to have him as our new neighbor, from talking to him, he could have gone and bought a house somewhere else but he came back to Chelsea because he wants to see Chelsea do good and he thought he could start helping by being a resident here and putting his hard earned money in to fixing a house that for years was a dumping ground for trash and no one but me cared. Let's make sure we are accurate when we report on issues or else this tool will become ineffective.
