Description

This property abuts mine and no one has lived in this house for over 3 years. The back yard is so overgrown that it is extending into my yard over my fence. The house itself is falling into disrepair. Someone comes to mow the front yard only periodically. I am concerned that it also can harbor animals, etc. It is also pushing out into the alley.
